“With any new project or initiative, there is always a concern about how to train and support staff in order to see a high level of adoption. Before implementing G Suite for Education, we established a relationship with MobileMind and working collaboratively, designed a training and support plan for implementing the G Suite platform. We have utilized MobileMind, virtually and onsite, for 2 school years. MobileMind has been instrumental in training our on site Technology Liaisons (TLs) by providing online courses and F2F training. The TLs are then responsible for re-delivering training to the teachers and other staff in their buildings. The district has seen an increase in the utilization of G Suite by having MobileMind personnel provide support and feedback to the TLs.”
